THINGS TO KNOW

Ready to book now? No problem you can do so by following the directions on the scheduler.

Here are a couple things to keep in mind while booking:

  • We primarily schedule parties on Saturday and Sunday. If you would like to book during the week, no problem! Please call us our use the form below to submit a request and we will get back asap

  • If you have a group size larger than 10 and climbers under the age of 14 years old. We strongly recommend additional instructors. After you are done booking give us a ring and we can get that setup for you.

  • Plan on telling your guests to arrive 15 minutes early to get their equipment ready so we can maximize your guests experience.

  • Make sure you send the waiver to everyone on your guest list. All climbers and spectators are required to have an updated waiver on file before they are allowed in the climbing areas.

  • Party prices are set by the number of climbers you will have attending.

    $350 Up to 10 Climbers

  • We've held events for group sizes up to 200 guests. Give us a call or fill out our form and we can discuss some additional options for you and your guests.

    • Your choice of room to celebrate for two hours.

      • Party Room - Group sizes up to 15 climbers.

      • North Pod - Group sizes up to 25 climbers.

    • 1 dedicated party instructor for the duration of your visit. Your instructor will assist you guests with accessing our bouldering and auto-belay amenities.

    • Rental equipment for all your climbers.

    • Party setup

      • Tables, chairs, decorations and utensils.

      • One beverage for each of your guests.

    • Party clean up

    • Access to bouldering and auto-belay amenities.

    • Food or catering

    • Access to top rope climbing, lead climbing, fitness and training rooms

  • 50% non-refundable deposits are required to book a party. But life happens and we get it. As long as you are able to contact us 3 days prior to your scheduled party we will work with you to reschedule your event within the next 30 days.

  • Absolutely! You can cater your own food, drinks and desserts for your event. You can also bring your own deserts. We recommend showing up 15-20 minutes early to set up so we do not delay your guest's experience.


    *There is an additional Food Service Charge of $25

  • Yes, chaperones are required for youth under 14 years of age to ensure kids adhere to the gym's rules.


    It is strongly recommended for adults that want to be hands off during the party, that you book an additional instructor(s) for your party. Talk with us about your group size and age of climbers to get our recommendation.


    $75 per additional instructor for two hours

  • Unfortunately, a day pass is not included for your guests. After the party is over, all guests will need to purchase a day pass and rentals to keep climbing.

  • Don’t worry: we believe that everyone begins at their own pace and we have the tools to slowly increase comfort levels. If you have some guests that aren’t quite ready to climb, our facility boasts two ping pong tables, corn-hole, Mega-Jenga, and much more to keep your group having fun and staying involved.


    (These amenities are open to everyone enjoying the facility. These items can be reserved especially for your group for a small fee, upon request.)
