Here’s what you need to know:


If you are ready to start 2025 with fitness and yoga then make sure to mark your calendar for January 29th! Join us for our 13 in 31 Fitness Challenge! We are encouraging ALL members to complete 13 Threshold fitness classes in 31 days. This includes Pilates, Yoga, HIIT bootcamp, and strength/fitness climbing classes. Stop by the front desk or call us if you need help enrolling in classes. Get ready to join in on the fun while getting fit!

  • WHO: Any Threshold member can be part of the challenge.

  • WHEN: 1/29/25 - 2/28/23 (31 days)

  • WHY: Create good fitness habits, community building, accountability, and win prizes!

  • WHAT: The challenge is to complete at least 13 classes during the month of January. You must stay for the whole class. We will offer around 30-32 classes that qualify for the challenge.

  • HOW: Add your name to the chart that will be hanging at the front reception area for all to see as they come into the climbing area. After every class you complete, ask the front desk for a sticker to put on the chart by your name. Get ready to get competitive!
